Order Processing:
Orders placed before 10 AM EST (8 AM MST) Monday–Friday typically ship the same business day. Orders placed later or over weekends will ship the next business day.
Shipping Options:
We offer shipping via USPS and UPS, both available at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Coverage:
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO military addresses.
International Shipping:
Yes, MX Wellness ships internationally!
We use USPS and UPS depending on availability and destination. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by location.

Tracking & Notifications:
You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Address Changes:
Need to update your address? Email help@mxwellness.com immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make the change. Once tracking has been assigned, all updates must be made with the carrier directly.
Lost or Missing Orders:

If your tracking says “delivered” but your package is missing, check with your local post office first.

MX Wellness is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, but we’ll gladly assist in filing claims with USPS or UPS.

How to Request a Return:

Damaged Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number—we’ll send a replacement ASAP.
Retail Purchases:
If you purchased an MX Wellness product from a retail partner, please follow their return policy.
