Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday–Friday and typically ship within 1–2 business days.
Please note: During holidays, sales events, or product launches, processing times may be slightly delayed due to higher order volume—but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.
Shipping Options
We offer shipping via USPS and UPS, both available at checkout.
- Free USPS Ground Shipping on U.S. orders over $100
- Orders under that amount will incur standard shipping rates based on your selected method and destination
Domestic Shipping Coverage
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO military addresses.
International Shipping
Yes, MX Wellness ships internationally!
We use USPS and UPS depending on availability and destination. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by location.
Please note: MX Wellness is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or restricted imports.

- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 10–20 business days (may vary by country)
Tracking & Notifications
You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Email info@shopmxwellness.com immediately.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make the change.
Once tracking has been assigned, address updates must be made directly with the carrier.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, check with your local post office first.

MX Wellness is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, but we’re happy to assist in filing claims with USPS or UPS.
